    Besides making plant based food delicious, we're also committed to making our meals as healthy and nutritious as possible. Here are some specific rules we follow:

    • We keep added oil and sugar to a minimum - we use at most 1 tablespoon of each per meal
    • We don't use any mock meat or synthetic meat substitutes
    • We keep to plant based whole foods as much as possible (whole grains for starches, real food instead of 'natural' flavour extracts etc.)
    • We make all our meals fresh from scratch, by hand
    • We don't use any junk - no artificial sweeteners, flavours, colouring or preservatives

    shitake mushrooms, red rice, passata, barley, vegan kimchi, edamame beans, cabbage, baby corn, red onion, pumpkin, apple sauce, garlic, gochujang (korean chili paste), ginger, tamari, shoyu, sunflower oil, sesame oil, dried seaweed, toasted sesame seeds

     Microwave
    From the fridge
    • Open lid and leave on top of bowl with a slight opening
    • Microwave on high power (800-1000W) for 3 minutes
    • Stir through and heat more if required
    • Leave to stand for 1 min before eating. Make sure it’s piping hot throughout.

    From the freezer

    • Open lid and leave on top of bowl with a slight opening
    • Microwave on high power (800-1000W) for 5 minutes
    • Stir through
    • Put back in microwave and heat on high power for another 3 minutes
    • Stir through and heat more if required
    • Leave to stand for 1 min before eating. Make sure it’s piping hot throughout.
