How should I store the meals and how long can I keep them for?
If you’re planning to store your meals in the fridge, you can store them for up to 4 days. If you’re planning on keeping them for longer, just throw them in the freezer. You might have your apprehensions about freezing, but our meals keep really well in the freezer – try it out and see for yourself!
Are all your meals plant-based?
Yes, all of our meals are 100% plant-based.
What kind of ingredients do you use in your meals?
You can find the full ingredient list for every meal on our product page. Just go to a meal that you'd like more details on and hit the 'view details' button. We state an exhaustive list of ingredients (in decreasing order of use), along with the caloric and macro-nutrient content per serving.
Are your meals good for weight loss?
Our meals work well for weight loss because they have less calories compared to a typical eat-out meal, and they keep you filled for a longer time (due to high dietary fibre content). However, for you to effectively lose weight, you need to consistently eat at a caloric deficit, rather than just focus on 1 meal or a 'magic' diet. We suggest that you devise a proper weight loss plan, and then integrate our meals into this weight loss plan if you'd seriously like to lose weight. What kind of packaging do you use?
We use fully compostable wheat fiber bowls to store our meals.
